When we think of summer, we think of the heat, the parasol, the waves, our favourite beach and even that ice cream that we haven't eaten since last year. Although all these are summer essentials, there is one accessory that is a must, the beach towel! The Birth of the Portuguese Beach Towel
Gwery took inspiration in all the fine things Summer has to offer to create a beach towel that would be the indispensable company for all Summer lovers. After all, whether on the beach or by the pool, who doesn't love an accessory that brings out your favourite bikini and swimsuit?

Our lightweight beach towels fall into two categories, one regular-sized and an XL one. This large beach towel is one of our most popular models because it is perfect for sharing with friends and family. It is also ideal for keeping children and toys free of sand. The Honeycomb line consists of our most comfortable and popular towels. They are a unique model made with a revolutionary texture that your skin will love. In addition to being large, they are incredibly absorbent and soft, making them the best model those who like to wrap themselves in the towel after a trip to the water. This line consists of double-faced beach towels with a "fade-out" artisanal pattern, which makes each towel unique.
We also have a line of Striped towels that combines a retro design with the most fashionable colours. In addition to the traditional look, this model has two sides with different colours. This way you can easily match the beach towel with your bikini or swimsuit.
Finally, our crown jewel is the Signature line. These are our most luxurious towels because, besides having two sides, we produce them with a unique colour pattern. That's why we consider the Signature line a real work of art as no two towels are the same. This makes them perfect for those who want an exclusive accessory.
Yes, We Care
We at Gwery are not indifferent to environmental responsibility. We know that preserving the environment is imperative for the sustainability of our planet. For this reason, we prefer local producers, avoiding both air and sea transportation, two sources of pollution. We produce all our beach towels in Portugal with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification. That guarantees not only the quality of the final product but also the usage of eco-conscious techniques. For these reasons, we have also abolished the use of any plastic since the beginning.
